NETWORK FINALS:  SPARTAN gained 0.1 in final numbers, although that was still far below its Monday rating.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s coverage of the NBA DRAFT topped Thursday cable at 1.24.  USA’s QUEEN OF THE SOUTH had a solid premiere at 0.45, holding about two-thirds of its 0.67 lead-in from WWE.  BBCAmerica’s THIRTEEN premiered at 0.05/205K.  The season finale of Spike’s LIP SYNC BATTLE gained 0.07 to 0.46 at 10PM, then fell to 0.35 for an additional half-hour.

On HGTV, FLIP OR FLOP was steady at 0.58, HOUSE HUNTERS edged up 0.02 to 0.47, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL rose 0.05 to 0.43.  A special STREET OUTLAWS on Discovery was at 0.54.  History’s ALONE slipped 0.04 to 0.42, and MOUNTAIN MEN held at 0.38.  MTV’s RIDICULOUSNESS had twin 0.38s, up from last week’s 0.30/0.26.  On We, BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES grew by 0.08 to 0.35, and MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN was up 0.03 to 0.17.  Bravo’s MILLION DOLLAR LISTING fell 0.07 to 0.33. A&E’s FIRST 48 returned at 0.32. Tru’s COMEDY KNOCKOUT added 0.03 to 0.14.  TLC’s FAT CHANCE lost 0.02 to 0.12.
