NETWORK FINALS:  AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR, DATELINE, and the 8PM rerun of THE NEIGHBORHOOD all lost 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The premiere of the final season of FX’s LEGION was at 0.12, down a hefty 0.18 from the 2018 premiere, but steady with last season’s finale.  HBO’s YEARS AND YEARS premiered quietly at 0.05.

Fox Sports 1’s morning US vs. Spain WOMEN’S WORLD CUP match led Monday cable at 0.82, with an afternoon match at 0.43.  VH1’s LOVE & HIP-HOP gained 0.06 to 0.76, and TI & TINY returned from a week off at 0.41.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 0.75/0.74/0.70, compared to last week’s 0.74/0.71/0.67.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK edged up 0.02 to 0.63.  TLC’s 90 DAY FIANCE: THE OTHER WAY rose 0.03 to 0.50, and KATE PLUS DATE was steady at 0.22.  MTV’s TEEN MOM ticked up to 0.47, and served as the lead-in to THE HILLS: NEW BEGINNINGS at 0.36.  TNT’s NBA AWARDS telecast was at 0.44, down 0.03 from last year.  ESPN’s COLLEGE WORLD SERIES coverage was at 0.42.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS dropped 0.07 to 0.35, and a lead-out special was at 0.26.  Adult Swim’s FINAL SPACE was at 0.31.  TBS’s AMERICAN DAD lost 0.05 to 0.31.  A&E’s LIVE RESCUE grew by 0.02 to 0.29, and POLICE PATROL was at 0.23/0.19 compared to last week’s 0.20/0.20.  On HGTV, HIDDEN POTENTIAL was at 0.25 compared to last week’s 0.25/0.23, HOUSE HUNTERS ticked up to 0.25, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL dropped 0.07 to 0.20, and SAY YES TO THE NEST was down 0.06 to 0.15.  Food Network’s BEST BAKER IN AMERICA rose 0.06 to 0.25, and WEDDING CAKE CHAMPIONSHIP was steady at 0.18.  On History, PAWN STARS slipped 0.02 to 0.22, and AMERICAN PICKERS was down 0.03 to 0.21.  Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT led cable news at 0.20/0.36/2.8M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.18/0.31/2.4M, and CNN TONIGHT at 0.12/0.19/900K.  ID’s BREAKING HOMICIDE fell 0.04 to 0.18, and PEOPLE MAGAZINE INVESTIGATES was down 0.05 to 0.16.
