Projected weekly network ratings in prime time (based on four days of official nationals and three days of fast nationals). CBS returned to the top spot this past week despite not airing in about 3 million Time Warner Cable homes as the stand-off over per-subscriber compensation drags on.  NBC tumbled to third place, as a special NFL preseason game two Sundays ago was replaced by the weak normal Sunday schedule last night (replacing a 3.1 adult 18-49 rating on Sunday, August 4 with a 0.6 rating last night from 7-11 pm).

With eleven weeks of summer ratings in the books, CBS remains dead last, although it is the only network to show an increase this summer (mostly due to Under the Dome).
