THE SKED’S WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 7/25/12

The numbers weren’t worth waiting for.

NBC:  The only show on network television last night to score over a 2 in the 18-49 demo was AMERICA’S GOT TALENT, airing its pre-Olympics finale and earning a 2.2.  The night began with a CLIOS:  BEST COMMERCIALS special that came in 3d place for its hour with 1.2, but at 10PM the JIMMY FALLON PRIMETIME MUSIC SPECIAL won the hour with 1.6.

CBS:  BIG BROTHER won the 8PM hour, but with a season low 1.9.  After that, procedural reruns were at 1.1/1.2.

FOX:  SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE had a 1.7, down from last week, and didn’t win either of its hours, but since FOX didn’t have any weak hours to go with it, that was enough to win the night.

ABC:  Both reruns of MODERN FAMILY outscored the new FINAL WITNESS, which fell to 1.0 at 10PM.

CW:  0.3 reruns of SUPERNATURAL.

Tonight is the last evening before the Olympics take over the airwaves for 17 days, and all the networks will air their regular summer Thursday schedules, except that with The Choice finished, FOX has a GLEE repeat at 9PM.
