THE SKED NETWORK SCORECARD – 4/16/14

A deadly night of reruns for the most part.

Daily Comp 3way 2014 Wed Apr 16

CBS:  The highest rated show of the night was SURVIVOR, and even it was down 0.2 from last week to 2.2.  It was followed by reruns of CRIMINAL MINDS (1.4) and CSI (1.2).

FOX:  The absence of new competition on most of the networks didn’t help AMERICAN IDOL, which fell 0.1 to a new Wednesday low 1.9.

CW:  A new ARROW was at 0.7, down 0.1 from the last original episode and tying its series low.  THE 100 rose 0.1 from last week to 0.6 (steady with the last episode that followed a new Arrow).

ABC:  The only new show was MIXOLOGY, which stayed at 1.2 (last week the network was also virtually all-rerun).  The rest of the night was highlighted by 1.5 for the MODERN FAMILY rerun.

NBC:  All reruns, highlighted by 1.3 for the 9PM SVU.

There are plenty of season finales tonight, of which the biggest is undoubtedly SCANDAL.  It’s joined by bubble shows COMMUNITY, PARENTHOOD and THE CRAZY ONES (which airs back-to-back episodes).  CBS starts the night with rerun BIG BANG THEORY episodes.
