SHOWBUZZDAILY WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 6.24.2020

 

Summer Wednesdays are just sad.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  The special TAKING THE STAGE was at 0.4, and AGENTS OF SHIELD was steady at 0.3.

CBS:  GAME ON fell 0.2 to 0.4, followed by reruns at 0.3/0.3.

FOX:  After a rerun MASTERCHEF at 0.4, ULTIMATE TAG held at 0.4

CW:  THE 100 dropped 0.1 to 0.1, and BULLETPROOF stayed at 0.1.

NBC:  Reruns at 0.4/0.4/0.4.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

    Another solid episode of SHIELD last night. I absolutely loved the opening credits done in 1970s style.

    I wonder why CBS is airing Swat repeats on two nights… It got bad ratings and bad press. They finally admit that writing is so bad and far away from reality, they need to improve in season 4, so why CBS is still airing those awful episodes from season 3.
