SHOWBUZZDAILY WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 2.20.2019

 

A crossover night boosted NBC’s CHICAGO ratings.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

CBS:  The Spring premiere of SURVIVOR slipped just 0.1 from its midseason 2018 premiere to 1.6.  A 2-hour THE WORLD’S BEST followed at 0.7, down 0.2 from last week’s hour.

NBC:  The crossover left CHICAGO MED steady at 1.3, but CHICAGO FIRE climbed 0.2 to 1.3, and CHICAGO PD was up 0.3 to 1.4.

FOX:  24 HOURS TO HELL & BACK gained 0.1 to 1.1, and THE MASKED SINGER rose 0.2 to 2.6.

ABC:  THE GOLDBERGS was steady at 1.1, and SCHOOLED was up 0.1 to 0.9.  MODERN FAMILY returned from a rerun week down 0.1 to a series low 1.1.  SINGLE PARENTS gained 0.1 to 0.7, and MATCH GAME held at 0.5.

CW:  Reruns at 0.2/0.1.

Tonight, POP introduces its new drama FLACK.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

CABLE RATINGS: Come back this afternoon for detailed demographic ratings for top Wednesday cable programs. Wednesday broadcast program ratings will be updated Friday morning.
