SHOWBUZZDAILY WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 11.18.2020

 

THE MASKED SINGER was dominant on a night with many declines.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  Returning from last week’s preemptions, THE GOLDBERGS dropped 0.2 to 0.6, AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE held at 0.6, and both THE CONNERS (0.6) and BLACK-ISH (0.4) were down 0.1.  The season premiere of FOR LIFE was at 0.4, down 0.3 from February’s series premiere.

CBS:  Back-to-back episodes of THE AMAZING RACE were at 0.6/0.5 compared to last week’s 0.7.  SWAT was at 0.3, compared to last week’s 0.4/0.4.

NBC:  CHICAGO MED fell 0.2 to 1.0, CHICAGO FIRE was down 0.1 to 0.9, and CHICAGO PD lost 0.2 to 0.8.

FOX:  THE MASKED SINGER was steady at 1.6, and I CAN SEE YOUR VOICE gained 0.1 to 1.0.

CW:  DEVILS (0.1) and CORONER (0.1) were steady.

Tonight marks the series finale of CW’s veteran SUPERNATURAL.  In addition, ABC airs the season premiere of A MILLION LITTLE THINGS.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

Note: The fast affiliate-based ratings below measure what aired on network affiliates in 210 U.S. markets from 8-11 pm Eastern & Pacific or 7-10 pm Central & Mountain. The numbers are some combination of the network schedule and any pre-emptions (such as local news or weather coverage). Accurate program ratings will be available this afternoon with the broadcast finals.
