I have no idea what The Con is and I can already tell by these ratings that no ones does either.

    • 69 Road Runner

I just quickly Googled the show; it appears to be some sort of true-crime series hosted by Whoopti Goldberg.

      • Destiny

So nothing really important? Seems covid has made the broadcast networks pack their schedules with throwaway shows no one will remember when they finish.

  2. Destiny

So the baseball is played without fans right? Does it feel better or worse to watch? Have always felt with live events that the atmosphere is a lot more important. Without fans you lose the soul of the event.

    • 69 Road Runner

I watched some of Game 1 on Tuesday, and there were a limited number of fans in the stadium (maybe a quarter to half full). But this is the first World Series to be played at a neutral site and the only one since 1944 to be played all in one stadium (Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas).

      • Rilm

they’re limiting to 11,500 a game – baseball has been tough to get into without the fan element – feel it more watching it than football or basketball
