SHOWBUZZDAILY WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 1.13.2021

 

A number of networks returned to their regular line-ups.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  The sitcoms aired for the first time since December 2, with THE GOLDBERGS steady at 0.7, AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE down 0.1 to 0.5, and THE CONNERS steady at 0.6.  CALL YOUR MOTHER had an OK premiere at 0.5.  A rerun of THE CHASE ended the night at 0.3.

CBS:  THE PRICE IS RIGHT AT NIGHT was at 0.7.  Airing for the first time since December 16, SEAL TEAM held at 0.5, and SWAT was down 0.1 to 0.4.

NBC:  Returning from a hiatus that began on November 18, CHICAGO MED was steady at 1.0, and both CHICAGO FIRE (1.0) and CHICAGO PD (0.9) were up 0.1.

FOX:  THE MASKED DANCER (0.7) and NAME THAT TUNE (0.7) were steady.

CW:  Reruns at 0.1 and zero.

Tonight, SUPERSTORE returns for the remainder of what we now know will be its final season.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

Note: The fast affiliate-based ratings below measure what aired on network affiliates in 210 U.S. markets from 8-11 pm Eastern & Pacific or 7-10 pm Central & Mountain. The numbers are some combination of the network schedule and any pre-emptions (such as local news or weather coverage). Accurate program ratings will be available this afternoon with the broadcast finals.
