THE SKED’S TUESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 5/28/13

Viewers had plenty to choose from in last night’s line-ups–and essentially chose none of it.

Daily Comparison 2013 Tue May 28

NBC:  THE VOICE was the highest rated show of the night and it gave NBC the win, but its 3.0 rating marked its 7th consecutive Tuesday drop (it was scoring a 4.6 as recently as April 16) and tied the series’s lowest rating for a regularly scheduled episode.  It was preceded by a clip show, which had a 1.7, and followed by a cut-down version of THE OFFICE series finale, with a 1.0.

ABC:  The season premiere of EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS had a 1.2, down 0.3 from last season’s premiere (which was on a Sunday).  The series finale of BODY OF PROOF tied its series low 1.2, although it actually won its wretched timeslot.

FOX:  SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE slipped 0.2 from last week to 1.8, enough to win the 8PM hour.

CBS:  After 2 hours of NCIS reruns at 1.1/1.2, the network debuted reality series BROOKLYN DA to little interest with a 1.0.

All the networks (except CW) have something new tonight, with the HEALING IN THE HEARTLAND Oklahoma City benefit music special on NBC, and debuts of AMERICAN BAKING COMPETITION on CBS and THE LOOKOUT on ABC.
