SHOWBUZZDAILY TUESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 7.19.2016

 

NBC’s coverage was even more dominant on Night 2 of the REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION, with a 1.1 rating that more than doubled the 0.5s at ABC and CBS.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

NBC:  AMERICA’S GOT TALENT fell 0.2 from last week, but its 2.2 was still the highest-rated show of the night by far.

CBS:  After a 0.7 NCIS rerun, ZOO was down 0.1 to 0.7.

FOX:  HOTEL HELL and COUPLED were each up 0.1, to 0.8 and 0.5.

CW:  After a 0.2 rerun of THE FLASH, the finale of limited series CONTAINMENT was steady at 0.3.

ABC:  Reruns at 0.4-0.6.

Because of convention coverage, CBS will try AMERICAN GOTHIC out in the 9PM slot tonight.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
