SHOWBUZZDAILY TUESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 7.4.2017

 

The fireworks were a bit dimmer this Independence Day.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

NBC:  The only new broadcast of the night was the MACY’S 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR, and it fell 0.2 from last year to 1.3.  A rebroadcast at 10PM was at 1.1.

ABC:  Everyone else was in rerun mode.  ABC’s sextet of sitcoms were uniformly at 0.4.

CBS:  Procedurals at 0.4-0.5.

FOX:  LETHAL WEAPON at 0.3, then sitcoms at 0.2-0.3.

CW:  THE FLASH at 0.1, then WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY at 0.2/0.2.

The holiday break is over, and the regular summer schedule returns tonight.  In addition, FX’s SNOWFALL, one of the summer’s highest-profile new dramas, has its premiere.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
