SHOWBUZZDAILY TUESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 6.11.2019

 

An off-night BACHELORETTE wasn’t great for anyone.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  The NBA FINALS pushed THE BACHELORETTE to Tuesday, where its 1.3 was down 0.2 from its last Monday episode.  PRESS YOUR LUCK premiered at a moderate 0.8.

NBC:  Unscripted competition lowered AMERICA’S GOT TALENT by 0.1 to 1.5, and SONGLAND was down 0.1 to 0.9.

CBS:  After reruns at 0.4/0.4, BLOOD & TREASURE dropped 0.1 to 0.4.

CW:  THE 100 returned from a rerun week at a steady 0.2.  It was preceded by a rerun THE FLASH at 0.2.

FOX:  Reruns at 0.4/0.3.

NBC has Game 7 of the STANLEY CUP FINALS tonight, and there are lots of premieres, including CARD SHARKS on ABC, FIRST RESPONDERS LIVE on FOX, YOUNGER on TV Land, and QUEEN SUGAR on OWN.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

    Since Press Your Luck was just a special preview, tonight’s premiere is most likely going to do better.

      Hope so, though it’s against the Stanley Cup final- not that the latter is a *hugely* rated event. And it is airing earlier.

      ABC’s Sunday game shows had a 1.0, .9 and .8, so PYL performed in that range.
