We’re now in summer finale season, but Big Brother still carried the night.
CBS: BIG BROTHER dropped 0.1 from last week, but its 2.2 was easily ahead of everything else last night. THE BIG BANG THEORY was oddly subdued, down 0.6 from last week’s rerun to 1.5.
ABC: The season finale of NY MED is currently steady with last week’s 0.9, THE QUEST also held even at 0.6, and ROOKIE BLUE is up 0.2 to 1.0. However, there are two asterisks: last week, because of the President’s speech, the 9-10PM shows aired out of their regular timeslots in much of the country, and this week ABC was preempted in Chicago by local football coverage.
NBC: Similarly, NBC was preempted in Jacksonville for last night’s game. As of now, the season finale of LAST COMIC STANDING is up 0.4 to 1.4.
FOX: The season finale of GANG RELATED rose 0.1 to 0.7.
CW: Reruns at twin 0.2s.
Apart from MASTERS OF ILLUSION on CW, tonight features the usual summer Friday mix of reruns and newsmagazines.
