DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  HOLEY MOLEY held at 0.7, and both DON’T (0.7) and TO TELL THE TRUTH (0.6) were up 0.1.

CBS:  BROKE exited with a 0.1 drop to 0.4.  The reruns around it were at 0.3-0.6.

NBC:  COUNCIL OF DADS gained 0.1 to 0.4, and BLINDSPOT stayed at 0.3.  An SVU rerun was at 0.4.

FOX:  CELEBRITY WATCH PARTY (0.3) and LABOR OF LOVE (0.2) each lost 0.1.

CW:  BURDEN OF TRUTH (0.1) and IN THE DARK (0.1) were steady.

Tonight, CBS airs the DAYTIME EMMY AWARDS.

 

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

Note: The fast affiliate-based ratings below measure what aired on network affiliates in 210 U.S. markets from 8-11 pm Eastern & Pacific or 7-10 pm Central & Mountain.     Council of Dads is also one of the few shows that my wife and I watch together (DVR of course). I like the syrupy sweet family unity, and my wife enjoys the romances.
