THE SKED’S SUNDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 4/7/13

The night belonged to country music.

CBS:  With virtually no competition on any other network, the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS romped to a 4.3, easily winning the night and up from 3.1 last year.  However, without last week’s NCAA overrun bump, 60 MINUTES was down 1.1 from last week to 1.4.

NBC:  After 3 hours of reruns at 1.2/0.8, the network’s sole original hour of CELEBRITY APPRENTICE hit a season low 1.4, down 0.1 from last week.

FOX:  The only new programming of the night was a CLEVELAND SHOW at 1.6, which was actually lower than the rerun FAMILY GUY (1.7) that preceded it.

ABC:  A night of reruns, with a 1.1 for AMERIVCA’S FUNNIEST HOME VIDEOS in the lead, and nothing else above 0.6.

Tonight will be a battle between the NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP GAME on CBS and THE VOICE on NBC, but the other networks are airing original episodes against them anyway.  In the 8PM hour, FOX and CBS both have reruns, while CW airs the season (at least) finale of THE CARRIE DIARIES.  On cable, TNT airs what will probably be the last episode ever of MONDAY MORNINGS.
