The chart above goes beyond the adult 18-49 rating, adding other key advertiser sales demographics (adult 18-34 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares), and total viewership (ages 2 or more expressed in thousands of people).

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: Saturday

Saturday’s ratings show that college football on ABC breathed some much needed life on Saturday network TV. The #1-Florida State vs Oklahoma State contest (a surprisingly close 8-point game) averaged a 1.7 adult 18-49 rating from 8-11 pm and that number will go up in the official nationals when the west coast viewing is properly counted. At the other extreme, college football on FOX was a clownish exercise, with virtually no one watching #15-USC commit a felony beat down on Fresno State. On CBS, original episodes of Unforgettable and Reckless (displaced by the very long PGA golf championship coverage a few Sundays ago) struggled for attention.
