ABC:  The Oklahoma vs Baylor COLLEGE FOOTBALL game handily won the night at 1.7.

CBS:  The first broadcast network DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE of the election season was also the lowest rated debate thus far at 1.5.  It was preceded by a special 48 HOURS devoted to the Paris attacks at 1.0.

FOX:  More COLLEGE FOOTBALL, with Oregon vs. Stanford at 0.5.

NBC:  A 2-hour DATELINE was at 0.8, followed by a SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE edited rerun at 0.6.

If INTO THE BADLANDS fails for AMC tonight, it won’t be able to blame its timeslot, airing as it does after THE WALKING DEAD.  In addition, E! launches Season 2 of its moderate hit THE ROYALS.

CABLE RATINGS: Come back early Tuesday for detailed demographic ratings for top cable programs from this day.
