UPDATED: THE SKED CABLE/NETWORK SCORECARD – 3/24/14

AFTERNOON UPDATE:  As expected, once the 10:01PM start was factored in, THE VOICE went up 0.1 and THE BLACKLIST went down the same.  HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER also climbed 0.1, as did both ABC shows, while INTELLIGENCE was down 0.1.

MONDAY CABLE:  The season finales of SWITCHED AT BIRTH and THE FOSTERS (both ABCFamily) rose 0.1 to 0.6/0.5, and the season finale of TEEN WOLF (MTV) was also up 0.1 to 0.9.  A&E was able to breathe a sigh of relief as BATES MOTEL rebounded from last week’s low, up 0.2 to 0.9.  (Worth noting:  just before BATES, A&E aired a 5-minute DUCK DYNASTY preview for its season finale, and that snippet got a 1.1 rating.)  ARCHER (FX) was also up 0.2, to 0.6, while DALLAS (TNT) stayed at 0.5.  Both VH1 shows went up 0.2, BASKETBALL WIVES at 1.2 and SINGLE LADIES at 1.0.  WWE (USA) stayed at 1.4-1.5 over its 3 hours.  SWAMP PEOPLE (History) held at 0.9, and REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS (Bravo) held at that number.

CBS will really miss the gang from How I Met Your Mother.

CBS:  The next-to-last episode of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER towered over the rest of the network’s line-up, rising half a point from last week to 3.4 and setting things up for a massive finale next week.  The bad news may come the week after that, as 2 BROKE GIRLS was only up 0.1 to 2.3 despite its big lead-in, MIKE & MOLLY was up 0.2 to 2.0, and MOM gained 0.1 to 1.9.  INTELLIGENCE was also up 0.1 to 1.2.

NBC:  THE VOICE took a fall, down half a point to 3.6.  As of now, THE BLACKLIST is up 0.2 to 2.9, although if the show started at 10:01PM as it often does, that may tick down this afternoon.

ABC:  The second week of DANCING WITH THE STARS‘ new cycle fell 0.4 from the premiere to 2.2, and CASTLE slipped 0.1 to 1.8.

FOX:  Has the Monday line-up found its level?  Both BONES and THE FOLLOWING held at 1.4, the latter after several successive weeks of hitting new lows.

CW:  Both STAR-CROSSED and THE TOMORROW PEOPLE were at 0.3, which was a 0.1 drop for the latter.

Network season finale time is upon us, as BROOKLYN NINE-NINE reaches its Season 1 end tonight.  The networks are otherwise new tonight, except for ABC (which only has a fresh MIND GAMES) and CW (re-airing THE 100 pilot in place of THE ORIGINALS).
