FOX’s Monday is heading in the wrong direction.

FOX: 24: LEGACY fell 0.3 from last week to 1.2, but that was good news compared to the viewer abandonment of APB, down half a point to 1.0 and probably heading for the exit.
ABC: THE BACHELOR slipped 0.1 to 2.3, and QUANTICO held at 0.7.
CBS: KEVIN CAN WAIT (1.5) and MAN WITH A PLAN (1.4) were steady. SUPERIOR DONUTS was also stable at 1.4, but 2 BROKE GIRLS dropped 0.1 to 1.2. SCORPION remained at 1.2.
NBC: After a 0.9 rerun of THE WALL, the season finale of CELEBRITY APPRENTICE stayed at last week’s 0.9. TIMELESS was up 0.1 from last week’s series low to 0.7.
CW: SUPERGIRL (0.8) and JANE THE VIRGIN (0.4) both rose 0.1 from last week.
Only CW is taking Valentine’s Day off with reruns. Hulu is using the occasion to launch the new season of THE MINDY PROJECT.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
