SHOWBUZZDAILY MONDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 8.20.2018

A CARPOOL KARAOKE special didn’t change much.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

CBS:  A Paul McCartney episode of CARPOOL KARAOKE was down 0.2 from the April edition of the special (which aired at 10PM during the regular season) to 0.6.  SALVATION (0.3) and ELEMENTARY (0.4) were steady.

ABC:  BACHELOR IN PARADISE held at 1.3, and THE PROPOSAL was up 0.1 to 0.6, pending final numbers.

NBC:  AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR is currently steady at 1.0, although an NFL preemption in Baltimore could affect finals.  An AMERICA’S GOT TALENT rerun followed at 0.6.

FOX:  SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE dropped 0.1 to 0.5.

CW:  PENN & TELLER: FOOL US lost 0.1 to 0.3, and the new WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY gained 0.1 to 0.4, steady with the rerun that followed.

TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM airs its season finale tonight.
