SHOWBUZZDAILY MONDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 3.1.2021

 

A decent start for DEBRIS.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  THE BACHELOR dropped 0.2 to 1.1, followed by a rerun of THE GOOD DOCTOR at 0.2.

CBS:  Reruns at 0.5/0.4/0.2/0.3.

NBC:  The midseason premiere of THE VOICE was at 1.1, down 0.1 from the Fall 2020 premiere, and down 0.4 from the last midseason premiere.  DEBRIS premiered at 0.6.

FOX:  9-1-1 slipped 0.1 to 1.0, and 9-1-1: LONE STAR held at 0.8.

CW:  ALL AMERICAN (0.2) and BLACK LIGHTNING (0.1) were steady.

Tonight is busy, with premieres for NBC’s NEW AMSTERDAM, CW’s THE FLASH, and ABC’s SOUL OF A NATION.

 

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

Note: The fast affiliate-based ratings below measure what aired on network affiliates in 210 U.S. markets from 8-11 pm Eastern & Pacific or 7-10 pm Central & Mountain. The numbers are some combination of the network schedule and any pre-emptions (such as local news or weather coverage). Accurate program ratings will be available with the broadcast finals.

    If Debris holds its renewed (it won’t). But if folk enjoy the show and want an underdog to back for renewal this is the show.

    90% of people will watch debris tomorrow, according to surveys of people who watched it. It was really good, i thought. Hope the live neilsen viewers like it.

    Three shows on different networks hit a 1.0 the same night. Stop the presses!!

    I liked Debris because it was different, and the special effects were outstanding. You can tell the people behind Fringe was behind this show because the show is really good.
