Demo Profile 2014 FRI Dec 05

CBS:  THE AMAZING RACE had one of the few positive numbers of the night, up 0.2 to 1.2 (although that’s because it’s one of the few shows that aired on last week’s low-rated holiday Friday).  A VERY GRAMMY CHRISTMAS, despite the bait of including the announcement of the Best Album nominees, was merely at 0.8, and a rerun BLUE BLOODS had the same number.

NBC:  The new holiday special HOW MURRAY SAVED CHRISTMAS debuted at 0.9.  After that, GRIMM fell 0.1 (even though, it, too, aired on Thanksgiving weekend) to tie its series low 1.1, and CONSTANTINE showed little sign of life by also dropping 0.1 to tie its own series low 0.8.

ABC:  LAST MAN STANDING and CRISTELA both fell 0.1 to a respective 1.2 and 0.9 (the latter a series low).  SHARK TANK and 20/20 each lost 0.2 to a respective 1.8 and 1.2.

FOX:  The PAC-12 CHAMPIONSHIP GAME will change in final numbers, but is currently at 1.8.

CW:  2 hours of AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL, including the cycle finale, were at 0.4.

College football reigns on ABC, FOX and CBS tonight, with conference championships on each, while NBC airs its yearly IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE, followed by a SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE hosted by James Franco and with musical guest Nicki Minaj.  On Sunday, CBS has an I LOVE LUCY CHRISTMAS SPECIAL in the place of MADAM SECRETARY, and on cable, TNT premieres its new THE LIBRARIANS.

CABLE RATINGS: Come back Monday afternoon for detailed demographic ratings for top cable programs from this night.
