HBO’s True Blood ticked up to a 2.7 rating, its best showing since the season premiere on June 10.  So far this season, True Blood started with a 2.9, then settled into a 2.6 for four straight weeks before hitting a 2.7 this past Sunday in its 9 pm time period.   At 10 pm Sunday on HBO, The Newsroom has settled into a 0.9 rating.  The weekly ratings track for the Aaron Sorkin drama: 1.0, 0.7, 0.9, 0.9.

FX’s Anger Management has not stopped dropping (2.3 premiere, 1.3 week two, and 1.0 this past Thursday).  Look for this Thursday’s fourth episode to settled around a 0.9 or 1.0 rating.   And after a promising 1.5 premiere, TNT’s Dallas now looks more like a typical USA drama in the ratings: a 1.0 rating with young adults and 3.6 million viewers 2+ this past week.

VH1’s Love and Hip Hop Atlanta fell to a 1.5 rating from its peak at a 1.9 the prior week.  Still a very decent rating, but the show’s phenomenon-like trajectory has at least temporarily been halted.  Love and Hip Hop Atlanta episode ratings track: 1.1, 1.6, 1.6,  1.9, 1.5.
