ABC has joined FOX and The CW in announcing its Fall premiere dates.  Most shows will be starting during the September 19-25 network premiere week, but there are some exceptions:

Wed Sept 28:  the new SUBURGATORY and returning HAPPY ENDINGS debut 1 week late, because on Sept 21, both THE MIDDLE and MODERN FAMILY will have 1-hour season premieres (leading into the arrival of REVENGE at 10PM).
Thurs Sept 29:  PRIVATE PRACTICE‘s return is delayed for a week due to a 2-hour GREY’S ANATOMY season premiere on Sept 22 (following the debut of CHARLIE’S ANGELS).
Tues Oct 11:  Tim Allen’s LAST MAN STANDING has a 1-hour premiere, pushing the start of its timeslot mate MAN UP to October 18.
Sunday Oct 23:  ONCE UPON A TIME is the last of the network’s series to begin (for the prior month, EXTREME MAKEOVER:  HOME EDITION stays in its old time period, moving to Fridays on October 21).
