The NCAA Basketball Tournament, March Madness, began rather quietly Tuesday night with two of “First Four” play-in games.  The 6:30 pm game last night averaged 903,000 persons 2+, somewhat below the 1 million number for the comparable games the last two years, also on TRU TV.  The demographics were also a little below normal for the early game.  But the second game (Ole Miss coming back from a huge halftime deficit to send BYU back to Utah) was very close to last year’s game in that slot (about 1.6 million viewers of any age and a 0.9 rating with men 18-49).
