SHOWBUZZDAILY’s Top 25 Tuesday Cable Originals: 9.16.2014

 

NETWORK UPDATE:  The NEW GIRL season premiere and DANCING WITH THE STARS each gained 0.1 in final numbers.

TUESDAY CABLE:  Ratings for the Top 25 original cable telecasts Tuesday (plus a few other noteworthy programs) in key demos are below:

SONS OF ANARCHY (FX) was off last week’s blistering 3.19 season premiere pace, falling 0.71, but 2.48 was still 150% ahead of anything else on cable, and equal to the highest-rated show on the networks (AMERICA’S GOT TALENT).  Next were the 2 half-hours of 19 AND COUNTING (TLC), down 0.16 and 0.12 from last week to twin 0.96s.  TOSH.0 (Comedy) gained 0.07 to 0.89, and was followed by 0.60 for the season premiere of BRICKLEBERRY.  INK MASTER (Spike) took a major jump, up by 50% from last week to 0.78 for unknown reasons.  DANCE MOMS (Lifetime) was up 0.08 to 0.58.  The season finale of FINDING CARTER (MTV) climbed 0.07 to 0.48, and two-tenths in the all-important (for MTV) Females 12-34 metric, where it was behind only SONS OF ANARCHY and 19 KIDS.
