SHOWBUZZDAILY’s Top 25 Monday Cable Originals (& Network Update): 1.19.2015

 

NETWORK UPDATE:  SCORPION, CASTLE and CELEBRITY APPRENTICE each gained 0.1 in final numbers.

Ratings in key demos for the Top 25 original cable telecasts (plus a few other lower-rated but noteworthy programs):

Comedy Central’s premiere of THE NIGHTLY SHOW was at 0.45, solidly holding its 0.58 lead-in from THE DAILY SHOW.  ABCFamily’s midseason premieres of THE FOSTERS and CHASING LIFE were at 0.53 and 0.39; last January, FOSTERS (which has already been renewed for Season 3) and SWITCHED AT BIRTH premiered at 0.75/0.74.  USA’s WWE coverage led Monday cable at 1.54-1.37 over its 3 hours, up almost two-tenths from last week’s peak.  VH1 was in 2d place, with LOVE & HIP-HOP was down a tenth to 1.26.   On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS was up 0.17 to 1.03, and FAST N LOUD: DEMOLITION rose 0.03 to 0.50.  Bravo’s VANDERPUMP RULES gained 0.14 to 0.77, and FRIENDS TO LOVERS was up 0.05 to 0.27.   TNT’s NBA BASKETBALL was at 0.75.  The second episode of MTV’s EYE CANDY was steady at 0.24
