NETWORK FINALS:  JANE THE VIRGIN and the reruns of PENN & TELLER: FOOL US and SWAT all lost 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Paramount’s YELLOWSTONE again led Wednesday cable, down a tick to 0.46, with the debut of THE LAST COWBOY afterward at 0.11.  Bravo’s SOUTHERN CHARM ticked up to 0.45.  VH1’s BASKETBALL WIVES slipped 0.02 to 0.44.  The Mueller hearings made it a big day for cable news, but especially for Fox News, where TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT dominated at 0.41/0.63/4.3M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.26/0.44/3M, and CNN’s AT THIS HOUR at 0.25/0.35/1.6M.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE lost 0.03 to 0.35, and THE STRONGEST MAN IN HISTORY ticked down to 0.27.  On ID, DARK WATERS gained 0.06 to 0.31, and THE WONDERLAND MURDERS was up 0.03 to 0.28.  On HGTV, PROPERTY BROTHERS dropped 0.05 to 0.31, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL and HOUSE HUNTERS were both at 0.23, compared to last week’s 0.21/0.26.  On Lifetime, MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT was steady at 0.31, and MARRYING MILLIONS was up 0.02 to 0.15.  FX’s SNOWFALL rose a tick to 0.29.  On MTV, CATFISH ticked down to 0.27, and ARE YOU THE ONE was down 0.04 to 0.22.  Food Network’s GUY’S GROCERY GAMES fell 0.07 to 0.25.  TBS’s FULL FRONTAL shrank by 0.08 to 0.24.  On USA, SUITS edged up 0.02 to 0.23, and PEARSON ticked down to 0.11.  OWN’s QUEEN SUGAR returned from a rerun week down 0.07 to 0.17.  Freeform’s GROWN-ISH was up 0.02 to 0.17.  On A&E, WAHLBURGERS rose 0.03 to 0.13, and THE EMPLOYABLES held at 0.08.  Syfy’s KRYPTON gained 0.03 to 0.12.  TV Land’s just-renewed YOUNGER dipped 0.06 to 0.10.  FXX’s ARCHER lost 0.03 to 0.09.  The 2nd installment of HBO’s WHO KILLED GARRETT PHILLIPS was at 0.08.  Pop’s FLORIDA GIRLS dropped 0.01 to 0.01/64K & 0.01/52K.
