NETWORK FINALS:  It’s not clear why, but CBS took something of a hit in final numbers, as SURVIVOR was down 0.1, and both THE BIG BANG THEORY rerun and CODE BLACK fell 0.2.  In addition, SVU and THE GOLDBERGS each gained 0.1, and HELL’S KITCHEN lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  With football done and the NBA still on its All-Star hiatus, it was a good night for COLLEGE BASKETBALL, and ESPN’s coverage of the Duke vs. North Carolina game won Wednesday cable with 1.13 (an earlier game was at 0.42).  VH1’s MOB WIVES was up 0.05 to 0.62.  On History, AMERICAN PICKERS held at 0.58, and PAWN STARS was down 0.05 to 0.47.  On Lifetime, LITTLE WOMEN ATLANTA rose 0.07 to 0.57, and LITTLE WOMEN LA shed 0.02 to 0.55.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE gained 0.11 to 0.55, with an AFTERSHOW at 0.40.  The CNN REPUBLICAN TOWN HALL coverage was at 0.52.  HGTV’s PROPERTY BROTHERS edged up 0.02 to 0.49.  BROAD CITY returned to Comedy Central at 0.46, around the same level as the show had last year.  USA’s SUITS dropped 0.05 to 0.46.  On A&E, DUCK DYNASTY fell 0.13 to 0.45, and JEP & JESSICA was down 0.09 to 0.36.  On TLC, MY 600-LB LIFE gained 0.04 to 0.42, and SKIN TIGHT fell 0.06 to 0.31.  Discovery’s DUAL SURVIVAL was steady at 0.38.  On FXX, IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA ticked down to 0.32, and MAN SEEKING WOMAN ticked up to 0.11.  Syfy’s FACE OFF fell 0.07 to 0.28.  On Freeform, YOUNG & HUNGRY and BABY DADDY were both at 0.27, up a bit from last week’s respective 0.26 and 0.24.  On TV Land, YOUNGER rose 0.03 to 0.20, and TEACHERS slipped 0.02 to 0.13.  Bravo’s NEWLYWEDS: THE FIRST YEAR gained 0.05 to 0.20.  On El Rey, LUCHA UNDERGROUND was up 0.01 to 0.06.
