NETWORK FINALS: SURVIVOR and SWAT gained 0.1 in final numbers, while ALMOST FAMILY and SEAL TEAM lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The MLB PLAYOFFS were again at the top of Wednesday cable, with both games on TBS:  Dodgers vs. Nationals at 1.76, and Cardinals vs. Braves at 0.83.  FX’s AMERICAN HORROR STORY: 1984 edged up 0.02 to 0.64.  On VH1, BASKETBALL WIVES gained 0.04 to 0.56, and BLACK INK CREW was at 0.50/0.30 compared to last week’s 0.45/0.27.  On Comedy Central, SOUTH PARK rode the headlines to a 0.12 bump to 0.55, and CRANK YANKERS was steady at 0.20, with THE DAILY SHOW in the Top 20 at 0.24.  TNT’s ALL ELITE WRESTLING was steady at 0.46, with a Tru simulcast at 0.05.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE lost 0.05 to 0.45.  ESPN’s NBA PRESEASON game was at 0.43.  MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW led cable news at 0.32/0.53/3.3M, with Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.27/0.44/3.2M, and CNN’s CUOMO PRIME TIME at 0.19/0.28/1.3M.  Adult Swim’s PRIMAL dipped 0.03 to 0.31.  Food Network’s GUY’S GROCERY GAMES gained 0.03 to 0.27.  On HGTV, PROPERTY BROTHERS ticked up to 0.26, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL rose 0.08 to 0.23, and HOUSE HUNTERS was up 0.05 to 0.23.  On Discovery, EXPEDITION UNKNOWN was down 0.02 to 0.23, and BUILDING OFF THE GRID stayed at 0.13.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF DALLAS held at 0.23.  History’s FORGED IN FIRE was at 0.23.  USA’s WWE NXT fell a tenth to 0.22.  TLC’s TAKEN AT BIRTH was at 0.20.  On ID, HOMICIDE HUNTER was at 0.18.  FXX’s IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA ticked up to 0.17, and CAKE ticked down to 0.03/66K.  WGN’s DOG’S MOST WANTED climbed 0.04 to 0.16.  A&E’s GHOST HUNTERS was at 0.16.  OWN’s DAVID MAKES MAN grew by 0.03 to 0.10.
