NETWORK FINALS:  Both ZOO and the NCIS rerun fell 0.1 in final numbers.  In ZOO’s case, it settled at a 0.8 at 9:45PM and stayed that way for the rest of the broadcast.  CONTAINMENT, though, managed to stretch to a rounded-up 0.3.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  SHARK WEEK took 3 of the top slots on Tuesday cable, with WRATH OF A GREAT WHITE SERIAL KILLER at 0.88, AIR JAWS at 0.79, and SHARK AFTER DARK at 0.49.  On Freeform, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS fell 0.11 from last week’s season premiere to 0.56, and the series premiere of DARK OF SUMMER that followed was at an anemic 0.23.  That compares to 0.53 for the series premiere of STITCHERS last year, although in fairness that had a PRETTY LITTLE LIARS lead-in that was almost twice as high at 1.06.  In a new Tuesday 10PM timeslot, MTV’s SCREAM was at 0.20, a decent 0.07 increase from last week’s Monday 11PM airing.  The premiere of BET’s MUSIC MOGULS was at 0.28, with lead-out F FOR FABULOUS at 0.22/0.19.  The premiere of Lifetime’s GOLD MEDAL FAMILIES was at 0.08/0.07.

OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS lost 0.07 from last week’s season premiere to 0.77.  ESPN’s coverage of the COLLEGE WORLD SERIES was at 0.46.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS was up 0.06 to 0.46.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK ticked up to 0.45.  TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM continues to hold very well, down a hundredth to 0.42.  TBS’s WRECKED fell 0.08 to 0.42.  The season finale of History’s TOP GEAR climbed 0.09 to 0.38.  On E!, BOTCHED gained 0.04 to 0,38, and FAMOUSLY SINGLE rose 0.07 to 0.29.  On Food Network, CHOPPED JR added 0.06 to 0.38.  Comedy Central’s TOSH.0 ticked up to 0.36, and NOT SAFE WITH NIKKI GLASER ticked down to 0.20.  TLC’s LITTLE PEOPLE BIG WORLD was up 0.07 to 0.32, and MY GIANT LIFE gained 0.01 to 0.26.  AMC’s FEED THE BEAST fell 0.04 to an awful 0.08.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING ticked down to 0.08.
