NETWORK FINALS:  The season finale of NCIS and BULL each gained 0.1 in final numbers, while the season finale of THE MIDDLE lost 0.1.  Notably, the fact that THE FLASH didn’t rise from prelims put it officially at a series low.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  It was an all-NBA evening for ESPN, with the night’s NBA PLAYOFFS game at 2.18, and a 1.33 for the NBA DRAFT LOTTERY as its lead-in.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN dropped 0.06 to 0.68, and TEAM NINJA WARRIOR was down 0.03 to 0.27.  Discovery’s DEADLIEST CATCH rose 0.04 to 0.55, and COOPER’S TREASURE was up 0.02 to 0.31.  The latest in the nation’s Washington follies put both MSNBC and CNN in the night’s Top 10, with the former’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.54/3M, and the latter’s 9PM ANDERSON COOPER 360 hour at 0.44/2.3M.  As is usually the case when the news is less than Republican-friendly, Fox News was much lower in the 18-49 demo, with TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.31/2.6M.  History’s FORGED IN FIRE climbed 0.04 to 0.50.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG slipped 0.02 to 0.47.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK ticked down to 0.40.  Nickelodeon’s 6PM LOUD HOUSE was in the Top 20 at 0.39.  On TLC, LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD dropped 0.04 to 0.35, and 7 LITTLE JOHNSTONS was down 0.03 to 0.23.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE changed story arcs and was at 0.33, 0.09 below last week’s version, with a REUNION SHOW for that arc at 0.32.  On Lifetime, LITTLE WOMEN LA fell 0.04 to 0.32, and the AFTER-SHOW was down 0.03 to 0.21.  ID’s LOVE KILLS climbed 0.05 to 0.30, and MOTIVES & MURDERS was up 0.02 to 0.22.  HGTV’s HOME TOWN ticked down to 0.27.  On Food Network, CHOPPED fell 0.05 to 0.25, and CHOPPED JR was down 0.02 to 0.20.  A&E’s BORN THIS WAY returned at 0.17/0.14.  On NatGeo, GENIUS ticked up to 0.15.  BET’s REBEL lost a tick to 0.15.  FX’s THE AMERICANS dropped 0.04 to 0.12. Comedy Central’s PROBLEMATIC was down 0.01 to 0.12.  Freeform discovered what happens to FAMOUS IN LOVE without a PRETTY LITTLE LIARS lead-in, as the soap fell 0.03 to 0.09.
