NETWORK FINALS:  THE VOICE, THE FLASH and the rerun of BLACK-ISH adjusted up 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN topped Tuesday cable, down 0.02 from last week to 0.87, with CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST up 0.02 to 0.73.  On HGTV, FIXER UPPER edged up 0.02 to 0.74, and new lead-out HOME TOWN debuted at 0.46.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS climbed 0.08 to 0.70, and IMPOSTERS was down 0.02 to 0.29.  MLB Network had an unaccustomed visit to the top of the chart with the WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC semi-final at 0.52.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG had a 0.52 season premiere.  On MTV, THE CHALLENGE slipped 0.03 to 0.49, and STRANDED WITH A MILLION DOLLARS was down 0.01 to 0.20.  The NBA doubleheader on ESPN featured San Antonio vs. Minnesota at 0.49, and Chicago vs. Toronto at 0.40.  On Discovery, a MOONSHINERS special was down a tenth from last week’s regular episode at 0.43, and a KILLING FIELDS special was down 0.03 to 0.36.  TBS’s THE DETOUR dropped 0.03 to 0.41.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 fell 0.08 to 0.36, and DETROITERS was down 0.06 to 0.18.  Lifetime’s LITTLE WOMEN: LA ticked down to 0.34.  Syfy’s FACE OFF gained 0.03 to 0.33, and new lead-out COSPLAY MELEE premiered at 0.15.  Food Network’s CHOPPED was at 0.32.  BET’s BEING MARY JANE lost 0.03 to 0.31.  On Freeform, THE FOSTERS ticked up to 0.29, and SWITCHED AT BIRTH was at 0.22. WGN’s OUTSIDERS rose 0.07 to 0.27.  On TLC, MY BIG FAT FABULOUS LIFE was steady at 0.26, and SHE’S IN CHARGE was up 0.02 to 0.12.  FX’s THE AMERICANS lost 0.03 to 0.21.  Spike’s ADAM CAROLLA & FRIENDS remained at 0.09.  On TV Land, the season finale of TEACHERS fell 0.05 to 0.09, and the season finale of THROWING SHADE was off the chart, down 0.04 to 0.04/178K.
