NETWORK FINALS:  FRESH OFF THE BOAT and THE REAL O’NEALS each lost 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The Presidential Address took up the top slots on Tuesday cable, with Fox News peaking during the 9PM hour at 1.68 in the 18-49 demo and 10.7M total viewers, and CNN in the 10PM (Democratic response) hour at 1.04/4M.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN dropped 0.09 to 0.86, and CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST was down 0.04 to 0.69.  On HGTV, FIXER UPPER rose 0.02 to 0.70., HOUSE HUNTERS dropped 0.06 to 0.40, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL held at 0.36.  OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS fell 0.09 to 0.66.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS slipped 0.03 to 0.56, and IMPOSTERS was up 0.05 to 0.27.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE was steady at 0.46, and STRANDED WITH A MILLION was down 0.03 to 0.19.  On History, a CURSE OF OAK ISLAND special was at 0.42, less than half the 0.99 for last week’s actual season finale.  TBS’s THE DETOUR was at 0.41, compared to 0.57/0.46 for last week’s back-to-back episodes. BET’s BEING MARY JANE climbed 0.03 to 0.41. The season finale of FX’s TABOO was up 0.03 to 0.38.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 gained 0.03 to 0.36, and DETROITERS ticked down to 0.18.  On Lifetime, LITTLE WOMEN:  LA returned at 0.34, and THE POP GAME was down 0.02 to 0.15.  Food Network’s CHOPPED fell 0.07 to 0.34. Syfy’s FACE OFF remained at 0.27.  On Freeform, THE FOSTERS shed 0.02 to 0.26, and SWITCHED AT BIRTH was down 0.03 to 0.21. TLC’s MY BIG FAT FABULOUS LIFE gained 0.02 to 0.26, and the season finale of TATTOO GIRLS was up 0.06 to 0.24.  WGN’s OUTSIDERS stayed at 0.24.  On TV Land, TEACHERS was steady at 0.14, and THROWING SHADE fell off the chart, down 0.02 to 0.06/242K.
