NETWORK FINALS:  Note that because the ABC town hall special THE PRESIDENT AND THE PEOPLE ran without commercials, it wasn’t counted in Nielsen’s final numbers for Thursday. Elsewhere, BONES and SPARTAN each rose 0.1, while AQUARIUS and the LIFE IN PIECES rerun were each down the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Note that although the ABC broadcast was omitted from final network ratings, ESPN’s simulcast of THE PRESIDENT AND THE PEOPLE was at 0.31, and Freeform’s was at 0.08. USA led Thursday cable with WWE down 0.12 to 0.56, and QUEEN OF THE SOUTH up 0.04 to 0.42. Tru’s IMPRACTICAL JOKERS returned at 0.54, with lead-out INSIDE JOKES at 0.36.  On HGTV, FLIP OR FLOP dropped 0.09 to 0.53, HUNTING VINTAGE was at 0.40, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was at 0.33. Presumably because of the events in Nice, a trio of FOX News shows hit the Top 10, led by 0.53 for THE KELLY FILE (although ‘THE O’REILLY FACTOR was higher in the older-skewing total viewers metric).  ESPN’s 30 FOR 30 documentary was at 0.52.  A late-afternoon SPONGEBOB put Nickelodeon in the Top 10 at 0.46. On History, two hours of ALONE were at 0.40/0.37, compared to 0.42 for last week’s hour.  A&E’s THE FIRST 48 fell 0.08 to 0.37.  Food Network’s BEAT BOBBY FLAY was up 0.04 to 0.35.  Spike’s LIP SYNC BATTLE ticked up to 0.31.  On We, BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES lost 0.05 to 0.28, and CUTTING IT IN THE ATL was at 0.17.  On Bravo, FLIPPING OUT returned at 0.25. FX’s SEX&DRUGS&ROCK&ROLL rallied by 0.07 to 0.20.  Lifetime’s I LOVE YOU BUT I LIED gained 0.05 to 0.17, and MY CRAZY EX held at 0.16.  BBCAmerica unceremoniously pushed the last 2 episodes of THIRTEEN out of primetime, and its 6PM airing was actually went up a tick to 0.03/96K.
