NETWORK FINALS:  THE BACHELOR gained 0.1 in final numbers, but CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND dipped 0.1 to a low 0.3 (even by CW standards).

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The usual suspects were at the top of Monday cable.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 1.43/1.42/1.20, until the final hour well above last week’s 1.26/1.22/1.16.  VH1 had taken last Monday off for the Grammys, and returned with LOVE & HIP-HOP down 0.02 from 2 weeks ago to 1.35, STEVIE J & JOSELINE down a tick to 1.08, K MICHELLE MY LIFE up 0.06 to 0.97 (according to the listings, another new episode aired at 12:30AM with a 0.40 rating), and HIT THE FLOOR up 0.08 to 0.70.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS returned at 1.00, and DIESEL BROTHERS was up 0.13 to 0.92.  AMC’s BETTER CALL SAUL was down 0.08 from last week’s season premiere to 0.98.  MTV’s TEEN MOM aired 2 episodes at 0.87/0.79, compared to last week’s 0.85.  Bravo’s VANDERPUMP RULES edged up 0.03 to 0.74, with an AFTERSHOW at 0.34.  On Food Network, KIDS BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP jumped 0.19 to 0.64, and CAKE WARS climbed 0.14 to 0.45.  History’s SWAMP PEOPLE rose 0.04 to 0.55, and BILLION DOLLAR WRECK dropped 0.03 to 0.29.  On TBS, AMERICAN DAD ticked down to 0.55, and FULL FRONTAL lost a hundredth to 0.24.  TNT’s MAJOR CRIMES gained a tenth to 0.53.  On Freeform, THE FOSTERS ticked up to 0.30, and RECOVERY ROAD was up the same to 0.18.  Syfy’s THE MAGICIANS was steady at 0.27, BITTEN fell 0.04 to 0.10, and LOST GIRL also fell 0.04 to 0.09.
