NETWORK FINALS:  The post-football adjustments for CBS were even more brutal than expected. KEVIN CAN WAIT lost 0.1 to 1.3, while both MAN WITH A PLAN and 2 BROKE GIRLS dropped 0.2 to twin 1.3s, and both THE ODD COUPLE (0.9) and SCORPION (1.1) plunged 0.3, resulting in numbers that the network can only hope were a Halloween aberration.  In addition, GOTHAM gained 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was by far the highest-rated show of the night anywhere in television, even down 0.17 from last week to 3.52.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 0.93/0.90/0.87, compared to last week’s 1.07/0.99/0.96.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP fell 0.17 to 0.93, BLACK INK CREW was down a tenth to 0.71, and GROWN & SEXY was at 0.45.  Discovery’s season premiere of STREET OUTLAWS was at 0.86, with an AFTER SHOW special at 0.67.  On Bravo, the season finale of REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY slipped 0.04 to 0.70.  Food Network’s finale of HALLOWEEN BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP dropped 0.12 to 0.33, and CAKE WARS was down 0.07 to 0.27.  TBS’s FULL FRONTAL, which featured a President Obama interview, nevertheless lost 0.03 to 0.31; in addition, note that the pilot for PEOPLE OF EARTH must have aired previously as a “sneak” (fairly typical for TBS), so it registered as a rerun and isn’t on the chart, but it was at 0.34/913K, followed by the 2d episode at 0.28.  History’s AMERICAN PICKERS ticked down to 0.30, and PAWN STARS returned was down 0.09 to 0.29, with LONE STAR RESTORATION down 0.06 to 0.14.  TLC’s PARANORMAL LOCKDOWN was at 0.28.  Tru’s IMPRACTICAL JOKERS was at 0.27.
