NETWORK FINALS:  As expected, both DANCING WITH THE STARS and THE GOOD DOCTOR dropped 0.2 after football adjustment, but 2.2 for THE GOOD DOCTOR is still a great number, and unsurprisingly ABC has already given it a full-season order.  On CBS, THE BIG BANG THEORY gained 0.2 in final numbers, but KEVIN CAN WAIT and SCORPION both lost 0.1.  On NBC, THE VOICE rose 0.1 but THE BRAVE lost the same.  The LEGENDS OF TOMORROW rerun on CW also lost 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was down 0.78 from last week’s game (which featured the Cowboys) to 4.27.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP dropped 0.06 to 1.04, and 3 episodes of HIP-HOP SQUARES were at 0.63/0.57/0.49, compared to last week’s 0.64/0.60/0.53.  On USA, the WWE telecast was at 0.98/0.91/0.89, compared to last week’s 1.04/1.04/0.88.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY rose 0.02 to 0.63, and REAL HOUSEWIVES OF DALLAS was down 0.07 to 0.28.  On MTV, TEEN MOM dropped 0.12 to 0.61, and SIESTA KEY was down 0.08 to 0.30.  (The afternoon return of TRL was at 0.10.)  As often happens when the big news is not directly political, CNN topped cable news with ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.60/0.82/2.1M, with Fox News’s HANNITY at 0.59/0.85/3.7M, and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.32/0.46/2.3M.  Food Network’s HALLOWEEN BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP grew by 0.03 to 0.43.  On Discovery, DIESEL BROTHERS fell 0.07 to 0.29, and GEAR DOGS was down 0.02 to 0.22.  On ID, EVIL TWINS climbed 0.06 to 0.25.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS gained 0.02 to 0.25, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL held at 0.24, with TINY LUXURY at 0.22/0.21.  On TLC, COUNTING ON shed 0.05 to 0.24, and MEET THE PUTMANS was down 0.03 to 0.16.
