NETWORK UPDATE:  The entire CW line-up was down in final numbers, MASTERS OF ILLUSION by 0.1 and the reruns of WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY and PENN & TELLER: FOOL US by 0.2, suggesting that sports preemptions may have inflated the initial ratings.  Elsewhere, the changes were all in reruns:  an extra 0.1 for SHARK TANK, and the same amount less for BEST TIME EVER and ELEMENTARY.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s COLLEGE FOOTBALL game took the night at 1.08.  Disney Channel had a trio in the Top 10:  GIRL MEETS WORLD (up 0.13 to 0.56), JESSIE (up 0.18 to 0.45), and DESCENDANTS (0.43).  Discovery’s BERING SEA GOLD was steady at 0.52, and EDGE OF ALASKA was down 0.05 to 0.33.  BLACK JESUS returned to Adult Swim at 0.47.  On Lifetime, BRING IT was down 0.09 to 0.45, and ATLANTA PLASTIC edged up 0.02 to 0.39.  2 episodes of OWN’s FOR BETTER OR WORSE were at 0.40/0.35, a bit lower than last week’s 0.44/0.39.  On Syfy, Z NATION dropped a tenth from last week’s season premiere to 0.30, but CONTINUUM rose 0.04 to 0.15.  We’s KENDRA ON TOP aired 2 episodes at 0.25/0.23, compared to last week’s 0.21/0.21.  REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER held at 0.23 for HBO.  On TNT, COLD JUSTICE and COLD JUSTICE: SEX CRIMES each dropped 0.04 to 0.22 and 0.14 respectively.  STRIKE BACK (Cinemax) was at 0.07/166K.  BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK (POP) was at 0.02/68K.
