Transformers: Dark of the Moon debuts on the Worldwide Ranking chart at #3, probably destined to hit #2 in a few weeks (between Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and Fast Five).

Hangover Part II and Kung Fu Panda 2 continue to duel, with Hangover $30 million ahead in terms of worldwide box office.  While Panda is $103 million behind in domestic box office, the animated sequel is $74 million ahead in overseas box office. 

Not shown on the chart, Larry Crowne debuted at #50 with an estimated $42 million worldwide (estimated $39 million domestic total and $3 million overseas to date).  Also, Monte Carlo debuts at #59 with $20 million worldwide (estimated $18 million domestic total and $2 million overseas to date).

Year to date, the 63 films released in 2011 have grossed almost $9.7 billion worldwide, with $4.7 billion coming from North America and $5.0 billion from overseas.
